BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to amend an Institutional Planned Unit Development on: A tract of land located generally between McCallie Avenue and East 3rd Street, and between Houston Street and Hampton Street, Wiehl Street, and Fort Wood Place. All the properties owned or leased by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga which lie within the above referred boundaries and as approved on the new Institutional Planned Unit Development Plan.
